Customer Service Officer

Purpose

As a volunteer at the Avoca Information Centre you are required to answer visitor enquiries, provide support for the staff, general administration duties and answering telephone enquiries.

Areas of Responsibility

Your main duties will be the first point of contact for customers, answering telephones, photocopying and supporting staff.

Tasks

Customer service, photocopying, basic office duties, cash handling, answering phones.

Basic Computer Skills Outgoing personality Local Knowledge preferable
