Purpose
To raise vital funds for the Heart Foundation, recruit new supporters and increase the profile of the organisation in your community.
Areas of Responsibility
Event organising and management; Fundraising; Administration
Tasks
Planning, organising and promoting your own fundraising events or activities locally; Recruiting new supporters for the Heart Foundation; Liaising with the Fundraising team to publicise your events; Complying with state fundraising legislation and Heart Foundation policies; Acting as an advocate for the charity in your area.
Objectives
Role Qualifications
Fundraising experience would be advantageous, although not essential; Enthusiastic; Self-motivated; Reliable and responsible; Excellent communicator; Highly organised and efficient; Capable of building a rapport with others; Friendly, outgoing nature.
Training/Supervision Provided
Training, supervision and support provided on an ongoing level on a state level.
