Tasks

Booking trainers for course weekends Confirming weekend dates Being responsible for finances in particular preparing invoices, processing reimbursement claims and processing student payments Entering data on MYOB (training available) Taking minutes at meetings Responsible for book orders and merchandise sales.

Good communication skills Good organisational skills Friendly outgoing personality Computer skills (own laptop an advantage) Ability to attend evening meetings, weekend events and course weekends

Training/Supervision Provided

Volunteers will be guided by existing committee members. Some specialist training (e.g. MYOB) will be available. The secretariat will be part of the friendly organising group running the second ASPDC, based in Ballarat. Existing systems, schedule etc will be replicated on the second course so the hard work has been done! :)
