Purpose
To provide a haircut to MND Clients

Tasks
We were looking for a volunteer who is a qualified hairdresser who would feel comfortable to travel to client's house to provide someone with Motor Neurone Disease some time and a caring haircut. The volunteer will need to have understanding/empathy of disability and life limiting illness and be available daytime, evenings or weekends to be provided in accordance with needs of the person with MND. MND Association of Victoria will provide - Petrol reimbursement. They must be able to drive or be able to travel where required around Ballarat, good physical and mental health, understanding of disability, and be reliable.

Training/Supervision Provided
Training on MND and volunteering with MND is provided. As well as Supervision.
