Why register?
Registering allows Volunteers & Organsations to have access to a number of different areas:
Volunteers:
- Have access to positions that are best matched to you and your interests
- Access a calendar that shows events that are coming up for all volunteers or for a specific organisation that you have joined
- Receive the latest information regarding volunteering or the organisations you have joined
Organisations:
- Have access to creating new positions for your organisation and have Volunteers best matched to your position apply for them
- Have the option of having the Ballarat Volunteer Resource Centre run a screening/shortlisting process of Volunteers for you
- Register new Events or training sessions which your volunteers are able to view
- Have access to templates and documents in regards to Volunteers

How do I register?
When you agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions, by clicking I agree, a registration form will appear and you can choose a login name, enter in a password, your email address and other details.
This creates your profile which can be altered by you at any time.
From here you are able to view your best possible matches to any positions that are availble to you, access a calendar, keep up-to-date with the latest news and stay informed.

Why can't I login?
There a number of reasons why you can't login:
- Have you registered? if not please click on "Volunteer" or "Organisation" on the navigation bar above
- If you have registered and cannot login please double check your username and password.
- If there is still a problem click onto "Forgot password?" button (on the home page) for a new password.
- If there is still a problem contact VolunteerConnections.

I've lost my password.
Your password can't be retrieved but it can be reset. To do this go to the homepage and click "Forgot Password".
